Pursuit Manager (Orlando)

WTS Energy is looking for a Pursuit Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall pursuit strategy for each opportunity, including identifying and allocating necessary resources to deliver winning proposals (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and ensuring a smooth transition to operations after award.

The position involves around 50% travel within the region.

Requirements :

• Leads the pursuit process from opportunity validation through proposal delivery, ensuring alignment between Operations, design partners, and joint ventures.
• Develops winning strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability while meeting owner expectations.
• Drives innovation and collaboration to produce high-quality, compliant proposals and continuously improves pursuit processes in line with company values.
