Internal Medicine Physician at Integrity Locums summary :

An Internal Medicine Physician is required for a 3-month assignment providing primary care to adult and geriatric patients in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. The physician will see 15-20 patients daily at multiple sites, with no on-call or weekend responsibilities. Responsibilities include medication management and overseeing APPs, with clinical support from a Nurse Practitioner.

Coverage Need

ASAP - 3-month assignment to start

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

No Call, No Weekends

Clinical Details

Primary care at both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities

Seeing 15-20 patients a day

Working at on facility per day

Multiple Sites in catchment area

Reliable transportation

Medication management

Adult and Geriatric Patients

Oversees APP's onsite

Clinical Support

Nurse Practitioner

Requirements

Active North Carolina License

ACLS, BLS

Active NC DEA

Board certified

AMDA certification preferred but not required

EMR

Chart Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe - point click care
