Responsibilities and Duties
Provide urgent care services to patients of all agesIndependently assess, diagnose, and treat acute conditions, including minor injuriesPerform orthopedic procedures, including splintingConduct wound care, including suturing and incision and drainageInterpret X-rays and EKGsAdminister injections, draw blood, and start IVs as neededDocument all patient encounters using Epic EMRRotate between designated clinical sites within a 30-mile radiusMaintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirementsAdditional Information
Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience or 1 year of emergency medicine experience requiredBoard certification requiredCurrent Pennsylvania state license, DEA, and CSR requiredCertifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS requiredMust be comfortable working independently without supervisionDrug screen and background check required within the past 12 monthsNPDB self-query (no more than 30 days old) required for considerationBenefits
