Bar Manager Requirements :
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively during late-night and overnight shifts
- Weekend and overnight availability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Lead the team with energy and hospitality
- Be on the floor at all times interacting with guests and maintaining the atmosphere
