The Device Support Analyst 2 is responsible for end user data processing equipment for INTEGRIS Health facilities, affiliated entities, and IT customers.

The Device Support Analyst Sr responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Responds to customer trouble calls as prioritized by the Device Support Analyst Team Lead
- Reviews and recommends hardware solutions, and processes associated paperwork and / or follows assigned procedures for PCs, printers, and terminals
- Identifies necessary spare parts and components and orders and maintains an adequate stock of spare parts in inventory
- Arranges and schedules installation or modification with the customer
- Provides training to the customer as needed for the installation
- Maintains inventory, documentation, records, and reporting tools applicable to department standards
- Follows set procedures in managing trouble tickets
- Troubleshoots network connectivity across multiple hardware platforms including AS400 The Device Support Analyst Sr reports to the Manager Device Support and Help Desk.

When performing duties in clinical areas, potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids.

- Associates Degree and / or Technical Certificate in IT and 1 year experience or 2 years experience
- Hands-on maintenance and / or setup of personal computers, printers, and peripheral equipment and 2 years customer service
- Working knowledge of PCs, printers, servers and networking equipment
- A+ certification preferred
- Valid Oklahoma drivers license and automobile insurance verification and good driving record for the past three years
