About the Role

Were seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of our residential and commercial property portfolio. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels at building strong relationships with tenants and vendors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of assigned properties
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely maintenance
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants and vendors
• Advertise and lease vacant units to minimize downtime
• Negotiate and manage service contracts and leases
• Collect rent, manage accounts receivable, and control operating expenses
• Develop annual budgets and track financial performance
• Prepare and present regular financial and operational reports
• Ensure full compliance with all property management laws and regulations
• Support business growth by cultivating relationships with prospective tenants
