Soliant Health is partnering with a respected healthcare provider to hire a Staff Pharmacist for a home infusion pharmacy in Oklahoma . This is a 13-week contract pharmacist position with a strong opportunity to transition into a direct hire role based on performance. If you have experience in sterile pounding , IV medications , home infusion , or inpatient hospital pharmacy , this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing field.

Job Location :

Oklahoma (local travel may be required for patient care coordination)

Schedule :

Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM

Rotating on-call : Weekdays & weekends (shared with pharmacy team)

Pharmacist Job Responsibilities :

pound and dispense sterile IV medications, including TPN , antibiotics, and other home infusion therapies

Ensure pliance with USP 797 and home infusion pharmacy standards

Provide medication counseling and support to patients and caregivers

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and home health providers for optimal patient outes

Maintain proper documentation, labeling, and inventory in line with regulatory standards

Be available for on-call services for urgent medication needs

Required Qualifications :

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License (in good standing)

Minimum 2 years of experience in home infusion , hospital pharmacy , or sterile pounding

Strong knowledge of IV preparation, TPN, and aseptic technique

Able to work independently, manage time, and prioritize effectively

Preferred Experience :

Advanced sterile pounding experience (e.g., chemotherapy, TPN, IV antibiotics)

Prior work in infusion centers , hospital IV rooms , or home healthcare pharmacy

Excellent munication and patient education skills
