Senior Manager, Client Enrollment & Adoption
Entegra is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Enrollment & Adoption to join their team. The Senior Manager, Client Enrollment & Adoption is responsible for ensuring our new clients are successfully enrolled and positioned for early success within Entegra's Independent Business segment. This role bridges the gap between initial setup and long-term engagement, using scalable tools and proactive strategies to drive adoption of Entegra's offerings in addition it manages the enrollment process, delivers resources to support client activation, and monitors early usage to identify clients needing additional support. You will be responsible for monitoring new client data as well as responding to Service Cases for internal and external sales sources. The role also supports lifecycle transitions, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to the development of enrollment playbooks and templates. Ultimately, this position is critical to ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for new clients and supporting Entegra's transformation to a data-driven, client-centric model.
This is a remote position with candidate residing in Eastern or Central time zone!
