Plumbing Engineer

The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Job Summary :

The Plumbing Engineer will engage in all phases of a project from inception to completion of construction. This involvement is intended to grow individuals and nurture design talents

In this role, you will :

  • Design plumbing systems including Healthcare / Life Sciences / Multifamily.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications of plumbing systems and topographical maps.
  • Lead project teams and serve as the primary contact for discipline with clients.
  • Prepare specifications for purchases of materials and equipment.
  • Develop calculations for plumbing systems and associated controls.
  • Perform QA / QC of design work.

    • You will be a great fit if :

  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • You have thorough knowledge of plumbing design and corresponding terminology.
  • You have experience with laboratories / medical facilities design.
  • You have an excellent work ethic and attitude.

    • Skills / abilities :

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office
  • Ability to successfully lead teams and manage projects
  • Excellent ability to read, interpret and implement plumbing design documentation.
  • Interpersonal communication skills, combined with organizational skills, the ability to plan, balance and prioritize work.

    • Location : Can be located in either Corona, CA, Irvine, CA or Phoenix, AZ

    Work Model : Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days on-site)

    Salary : $110,000-$130,000 DOE
