Sr. IT PM for Cloud-Based Software Implementations - St. Paul, MN - Hybrid, Local Preferred

St. Paul, MN Client seeks a Senior IT PM for multi-year transit program initiatives that are both highly visible and impactful to Twin Cities, MN residents. The ideal candidate has experience as a Project Manager implementing cloud-based software. Weekly onsite in a hybrid schedule is required - local resource preferred.

At a high level, the resources will provide strategic leadership while managing complex dependencies to deliver projects that have aggresive schedules.

The work is expected to be done with a hybrid of remote and onsite work. Onsite presence is required at least one day per week in St. Paul, MN - local resource is preferred.

Project Schedule

Anticipated Project Start Date : December 15, 2025

Anticipated End Date : June 15, 2026

Project / Program Planning & Management

• Develop comprehensive project plans using Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for execution of projects within baselines.
• Utilize departmental tools for project management, tracking, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Note : Highest completed degree in the following majors : Computer Science, Business Management, or Project Management will count towards the minimum nine (9) years of required work experience. Associates degree counts as two years of experience - Bachelor's degree or higher counts as four years of experience.
