HR Project Manager - Contract Role
Beacon Hill's client in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support 2025 and 2026 Sales Incentive Plan initiatives. This role requires a proactive, agile professional who can lead projects while also being hands-on in execution. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Compensation, HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Incentive Compensation, and Sales leadership teams. In addition to Sales Incentive Plan work, the HR Project Manager may be assigned to other HR initiatives, including Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
