OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

• Lead all recruitment and enrollment efforts, providing an engaging and seamless experience for prospective students and families.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to increase awareness and achieve enrollment goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, families, and community partners.
• Partner with internal departments, including finance, advancement, and academics, to align admission practices with institutional objectives.
• Manage the re-enrollment process to ensure strong student retention rates.
• Organize and oversee open houses, campus tours, and recruitment events.
• Prepare and analyze enrollment data, providing actionable insights and regular reports to leadership.
• Supervise admissions communications, marketing collateral, and digital outreach initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a collaborative team approach in a dynamic environment.
