Job description

A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist to support patients and cardiology clinic customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with their implanted cardiac device remote monitors through calls and follow-ups
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and manage scheduling for remote monitoring
  • Track and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and data management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

  • High school diploma / GED required; college or technical degree preferred
  • Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology or cardiac devices preferred
  • Proficiency in electronic communication tools and database systems
  • Experience working effectively in a remote environment preferred
  • Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers
