Keep accurate and updated laboratory records. Develop and refine chemical processes using simulation software to improve performance and product quality. Conduct lab experiments to understand reaction mechanisms and optimize conditions. Introduce new technologies and process improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity. Work closely with production managers, engineers, and quality teams to meet production goals and specifications. Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and batch records to support process development and production. Collaborate with team members to document findings and communicate results effectively. Assist in quality control processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process chemistry or chemical manufacturing. Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Performing chemical compositional analyses of numerous materials from various industries utilizing instrumentation. Lab safety procedures. Safe handling of chemicals and equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
