Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 4 PM

Pay Rate : $16 / hour to start $17 / hour after 3 months, $18 / hour after 6 months.

Join a dedicated team committed to safety and excellence in traffic control. As a Flagger, you'll play a vital role in protecting workers, motorists, and pedestrians while ensuring smooth traffic flow in active work zones.

What You'll Do :

• Direct motorists and provide clear detour instructions.
• Maintain the safety of construction crews and the public.
• Set up and tear down traffic control sites daily.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
