General Manager
As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure your store’s success. You will instill the Wendy’s culture, motivate the team to exceed customer expectations, and hold total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop restaurant team members and implement Wendy’s culture to exceed customer expectations.
Maintain total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.
Ensure high standards in food quality, service, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Drive excellence in daily operations, including drive-thru performance for busy locations.
Qualifications
Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (examples : Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.).
Strong background in restaurant operations with a track record of achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Passion for developing and leading teams and a drive for excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation : Wendy’s General Managers : $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.
