Field Soils Technician - Fountain Valley

Twining Consulting, an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company, is seeking a Field Soils Technician to work based out of our Fountain Valley office.

Candidate must be self-starting, proactive, focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include :

• Provide grading observations.
• Provide compaction testing on soils, aggregates, and asphalt.
• Document project grading activities.
• Provide sampling and Quality Control of concrete and / or grout.
• Provide special inspections per additional inspection certifications in accordance with approved project documents.

Required Competencies :

Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401K Plan. Salary commensurate with experience. This position will travel to various construction sites in the Southern California area.
