The Relationship Associate I provides administrative services and customer assistance in the process of approval and servicing of loans from application to closing. This includes establishing loan files, collecting and ordering documentation, coordinating closing, assisting with past due collection and clearing of exceptions, and continued customer support in regards to loan accounts. The Relationship Associate I provides administrative and office management support for assigned commercial banking team.
