The Brand Activation Manager is responsible for driving brand visibility, trial, and growth within the distribution channel through strategic, compliant, and engaging brand activation events. This part-time role focuses on executing impactful trade and consumer-facing initiatives across on-premise and off-premise accounts while ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or listen. The employee may be required to reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to use a desktop/laptop and printer. The employee must be able to lift up to 20lbs. The position involves standing and walking for extended periods, interacting with large groups of people, and occasionally lifting or carrying promotional materials or equipment. Travel between activation sites may be required.
Working conditions: This position requires working in a variety of environments, including bars, restaurants, grocery stores, retail locations, special events, festivals, and public markets. Work may take place indoors and outdoors, depending on the event requirements. Employees should expect varying noise levels, ranging from moderate to high, particularly in bars, restaurants, concerts, festivals, and large promotional events where music, crowds, or amplified sound may be present. Outdoor activations may involve exposure to Florida weather conditions, including heat, humidity, sun, wind, and occasional rain.
