Location: New York, NY (Manhattan Full-Time)
We are seeking a talented Senior Estimator to join our Manhattan-based preconstruction/estimating team. This high-impact role focuses exclusively on premium commercial interior projects including tenant fit-outs, office renovations, retail build-outs, and hospitality interiors in one of the most dynamic and competitive construction markets in the world.
You will own the estimating process from early design through bid delivery and project handover, delivering precise, competitive, and comprehensive estimates for projects typically cost management valued from $5M to $50M+ (with annual estimating responsibility of $50M$100M across your portfolio).
