Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, loan agents and other third parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction.
Perform credit and property analysis on loan files.
Review borrower documentation.
Demonstrate working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years residential mortgage loan processing experience required.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess a superior customer service focus.
Must be able to prioritize in order to meet loan closing deadlines.
