Project Controls Specialist

In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:
- Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project
- Coordinate with necessary team members
- Develop and monitor project metrics
- Participate in project coordination meetings
- Conduct project site visits if applicable
- Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
- Develop cost estimates
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects (or equivalent), preferably including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
- Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST.
- Ability to interpret construction schedules.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of: oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks, organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
