As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities, positioning PNC products to the needs, and educating customers on technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and participate in daily branch operations ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
