This role is critical in delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
Responsibilities Will Include :
- Providing non-medical personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assisting with daily living activities like light housekeeping and meal prep.
- Offering companionship and engaging our clients in activities they love
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Provide support in critical care environments, including PICU and medical-surgical units
- Must be able to assist clients with transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols
- Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as directed
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health record systems
- Participate in patient education by teaching basic health concepts and care instructions

What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Someone who is experienced in the field and with Alzheimer's / Dementia and holds a CNA and / or HHA licenseCompassion : A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile and a commitment to maintaining patient dignity,Skills : Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and other client needs.Responsibilities Will Include :

Experience in a hospital or assisted living setting is a plusKnowledge of infectious disease care practicesAbility to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as critical care unitsStrong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team membersMust be able to speak, read and write EnglishPhysical ability to lift patients and perform tasks that require standing for extended periodsCommitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient dignityDriver's license is a must, professional liability insurance is preferredMust be able to pass a level 2 backgroundJoin our team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients.
