Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage with clients, assess their insurance requirements, and recommend suitable coverage options.
Sales Generation : Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Policies Management : Maintain detailed records of policies, update client information, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and changes in regulations to provide informed recommendations.
Requirement
Licensing : Must hold an active Insurance License in the state of Texas or be willing to obtain within 30 days.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong client relationships.
Sales-driven : Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
Local Presence : Must be located in or willing to relocate to Donna, Texas.
