Equitable is seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to join us as the Complex Operations Manager to provide operating support to EVPs and COO of the Northern Complex. You’ll manage staff workflow in the Complex branch locations, including oversight of Office Coordinators and other positions.The Complex Operations Manager will work in office out of the Pittsburgh, PA office.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities

·Primarily oversee Operations for Pittsburgh and The Empire branches and secondarily coordinate with partner Complex COM.

·Manage branch Operations support teams.

·Managing branch budgets and expense approvals.

·Partner with EVP and sales managers to achieve sales and hiring goals for each branch.

·Serve as key escalation point for all Operations and compensation issues.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
