Warehouse Shift Supervisor - 3rd Shift

EMS is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations, running from 9 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am, Monday - Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing performance, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and fostering a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment. We're looking for a strong leader with warehouse management experience who excels at motivating teams, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at their best.

What You'll Do :

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, including :

• Assigning and overseeing tasks to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Monitoring shipping supplies and maintaining inventory replenishment.
• Ensuring employees follow company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Coaching, evaluating, and developing team members for professional growth.
• Leading safety and accident-prevention initiatives.
• Rolling up your sleeves and taking a hands-on approach when needed.
• Supporting other warehouse duties as business needs arise.
