Responsibilities

• Cleaning the conveyor belt system with soapy water and microfiber towels.
• Assigning tasks to cleaners and inspecting the completed work to ensure it meets standards.
• Issuing supplies and equipment according to the established budget.
• Reviewing and approving the hours worked by employees on time sheets to ensure compliance with the established budget.
• Requirements for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Submitting repair requests for cleaning equipment to the Manager.
• Maintaining building security through access cards and keys.
• Recognizing and responding to communication between the property manager and tenant in the logbook.
• Interviewing and hiring new employees to verify all required documents; conducting orientation on company policies and procedures.
• Supervising all employees for compliance with the safety of chemical products and electrical equipment.
• Training new employees in all aspects of cleaning, including cross-training and safety.
• Actively participating and promoting the quality process through QAR and teamwork.
• Resolving employee issues or referring the matter to the Regional Manager / Account Manager when appropriate.
• Performing supervised cleaners' tasks when necessary.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Manager.
