Job description
Subway is seeking Store Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. Store Managers are responsible for managing staff schedules, supervising employees, assisting with food preparation and customer service, handling customer complaints, managing inventory and ordering supplies, tracking sales, handling cash deposits, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and meets company standards. This position typically pays $35,000 to $55,000 per year (approximately $17 to $26 per hour equivalent), with opportunities for performance bonuses, overtime pay, and profit-based bonuses depending on location and store performance. Store Managers are responsible for hiring and training employees, managing schedules, ordering inventory, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, handling cash management and deposits, tracking sales and labor costs, supervising employees during shifts, and ensuring the restaurant meets company operational and customer service standards. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including health insurance, paid time off, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement into multi-store management or franchise ownership opportunities depending on the franchise owner.
