Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a school-based setting in Bloomington, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers an excellent work-life balance , a manageable caseload , and the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team .

The SLP will provide evaluations, therapy services, and documentation for a mixed caseload of early childhood and transition-aged students , focusing on individualized, student-centered care in a trauma-informed learning environment.

Caseload Details

• Approx. 40 students total

• Mix of early childhood and transition-aged students

• Small ratios allowing for individualized support

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services

• Document services and student progress in accordance with plans of care

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members

• Participate in meetings and contribute to student goal planning

• Comply with all professional and ethical standards of practice

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Minnesota

• CCC-SLP preferred (and may be required depending on contract/state guidelines)

• Knowledge of school-based therapy practices

• Compliance with professional standards of practice

• Current CPR certification , if applicable
