Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor

Location : Richmond, VA

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000

Projects : K-12 Schools, Healthcare, Commercial, Senior Living, Education, and Municipal

What You'll Do

Lead & Execute – Oversee all aspects of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they stay on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations.

Team Leadership – Manage and inspire project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver results while maintaining a positive work environment.

Client & Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Problem Solving & Decision-Making – Identify challenges early, implement effective solutions, and keep projects moving forward.

Budgeting & Scheduling – Develop and maintain realistic budgets and schedules , ensuring financial and operational success.

Safety & Compliance – Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

What You Bring

Experience : 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience managing $30M+ ICI projects is required.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a track record of managing multiple projects effectively.

Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with construction processes, project management software, and safety standards.
