Job Opportunity : Associate Account Manager

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits team! As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our account management team on an assigned book of employee benefits clients, consisting of groups of 100+ lives. In this role, you will :

• Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients and account management team
• Provide administrative and technical support to internal partners of benefit clients to reach agency's strategic business goals
• Assist with quote requests and spreadsheets as needed
• Prepare compliance annual notices for distribution to clients
• Assist with remarketing renewals, creating renewal proposals, and other renewal activities as needed
• Maintain electronic filing and required data in Benefit Point (agency management system)
• Prepare, print, and, in some cases, deliver "Benefits at a Glance" materials (BAGs) to clients
• Provide general administrative support to the service team

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states : The expected salary range for this position is $25.00 to $26.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
