The Early Careers Recruiter (Recruiter / Senior Recruiter) is responsible for executing and, at more senior levels, leading the strategy and delivery of early careers hiring across key business areas. This role blends full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder partnership, program support and/or leadership, and data-driven decision making to build high-quality early talent pipelines.
The position exists to strengthen StoneX's early careers strategy by delivering best-in-class candidate experiences, building scalable talent pipelines, and supporting global hiring initiatives across early talent populations.
The level of this role (Recruiter or Senior Recruiter) will be determined based on the candidate's experience, scope of ownership, and demonstrated impact.

Working Environment:
Hiring Salary Range: $90,000 $140,000 (final compensation to be determined by the education, experience, level [Recruiter vs. Senior Recruiter], skills, and alignment with internal equity and market data). Subject to business performance and management discretion, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation.
