Tool Skills : Microsoft Office tools, CAD Tool knowledge

Good technical skills and manufacturing engineering experienceShielding / guarding experience is highly preferredStrong use of English language and technical terminologyStrong use of Microsoft Office toolsAbility to provide Program Management reporting functions to update customer on project status / deliverables / milestonesOperates with minimum of supervision in a complex environment and regularly oversees the work of othersIdentifies and anticipates technical problems and offers solutionsSets challenging goals by identifying possible ways to improve performanceAbility to interpret data, events and looks for appropriate solutionsCreates project plans, budgets, directs and controls tasksEncouraging others to work co-operatively to achieve a common goalKnowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000 & AS9100Experience with industrial safetyJob Description / Responsibilities :
Good knowledge in machine / operator safety standardsResolve the industrial safety issuesKnowledge of industry standardsResponsible for the implementation of machine Shielding / guardingAccountable for Shielding / guarding development, fabrication quotes, configuration changes that involve cost estimation, schedule coordination, and implementation with manufacturing supplier (including writing Statement of Work (SOW), etc)Accountable for process design and manufacturing system change proposalsManage industrialization projects, using both internal and external (vendor) resources
