Collections Representative

• What You'll Do :
• Engage with members via phone, email, and mail to resolve delinquent accounts
• Provide education and support on payment options and hardship programs
• Manage portfolios across 30, 60, 90+ day delinquency and mortgage accounts
• Collaborate with auction partners for collateral remarketing
• Recommend appropriate actions including payment extensions, modifications, or charge-offs
• What We're Looking For :
• High School Diploma (required)
• 1-3 years of experience in
• collections or member services
• within a credit union or bank
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A respectful, persuasive, and empathetic approach to collections
