Internal Medicine Physician at Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) summary :

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient clinic in Decatur, IL. The role offers a flexible schedule, minimal on-call requirements, and a supportive work environment with dedicated staff. HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC / BE Primary Care Physician for our Family & Internal Medicine Clinic in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Practice Highlights

Well established, growing practice
100% Outpatient Practice
Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
Minimal call through 1 : 7 group shared call
Dedicated support staff provided
EPIC EMR

Position Requirements

Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start

Board Certified or Board Eligibility

Compensation & Benefits Package

2 year base guarantee

Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available

Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency

20 days off + 6 holidays per year

1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays

CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year

Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses

Visa Status

Unable to sponsor J1 Visa needs. H1B Visa needs will be considered.
