Team Lead Configuration

A company is looking for a Team Lead Configuration (Pricing NV MP).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities related to medical benefits, provider reimbursement, and clinical editing

Guide staff onboarding, training, and development while prioritizing work and resolving resource contention

Maintain fee schedules, support vendor management tasks, and audit system configurations for accuracy

Required Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in health plan business or systems solutions

Preferred exposure to Facets or equivalent systems

Prior supervisory experience is preferred

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
