Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration :

Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education :

Additional Preferences

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or equivalent required. LPC-IT, LPC, APSW, LCSW or equivalent active licensure in state of WI required. Experience working in an acute care behavioral health program preferred, such as PHP or IOP.
