Director, Procurement Quality Assurance
The Director, Procurement Quality Assurance will lead the transformation of quality assurance processes across Marriott's US & Canada procurement function. This role serves as a strategic and operational bridgeensuring QA is embedded in both current manual workflows and future technology-enabled systems. The Director will oversee the development and execution of QA frameworks, drive automation and innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate supplier performance, compliance, and process integrity. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the future-state vision for procurement QA, while maintaining hands-on accountability for current-state operations and continuous improvement.
