Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer responsible for the stability and architecture of their Digital Credit Application platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of microservices using Java and the Spring ecosystem

Drive technical roadmaps and architectural decisions while balancing delivery and platform stability

Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and advocate for engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software design and development experience in a technical leadership role

Deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem

Experience designing distributed systems and microservices in a cloud environment

Strong background in data modeling and database technologies

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and modern observability tools
