Bring home the bacon as a Shift Manager. You will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, assist the management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You'll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more. To qualify for this Shift Manager position you:

  • Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

$16.25 - $23.51

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
