Production Manager

Selectek is looking for a Production Manager to lead our clients' manufacturing team and ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and experienced in supervising manufacturing operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise production staff and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and quality
• Organize, assign, and schedule team members to meet daily production goals
• Recruit, train, onboard, and mentor employees to build a strong production team
• Maintain and improve production processes and procedures
• Enforce production and quality standards to ensure consistent product output
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture
• Analyze production data and performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to production status and challenges

Requirements :

Pay Rate : $65,000 - $70,000
