Job Title : Project Manager – Asset Inventory Audit & CAPA Program Employment Type: Contract (W2) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months to 1 year Work Type: Remote Hours: 40 hours/week Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead global Asset Inventory Audits and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) across Technology and Business Unit environments. This role will play a critical part in addressing audit findings, strengthening asset discovery, and improving enterprise-wide data quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for asset inventory audits Drive execution and closure of CAPAs tied to audit findings Coordinate across Technology, Business Units, Cybersecurity, IT, OT, QA, and Compliance Support enterprise asset discovery and data quality improvement initiatives Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation progress Prepare audit-ready documentation and executive-level status reporting Required Experience: 7+ years of Project Management experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries Proven experience managing audits, remediation programs, or CAPA-driven initiatives Strong understanding of IT/OT assets, configuration items (CIs), and asset data quality Experience working in global, matrixed organizations Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills Nice to Have Experience with cyber risk, IT governance, or asset discovery initiatives Exposure to CMDBs, asset discovery tools, vulnerability scanning, or inventory systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
