Your work will play a critical role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys and supporting meaningful progress.**This position offers...**· **Employee Assistance Program** – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost · **Mileage Reimbursement** – Company paid for work functions requiring travel · **Employee Discounts** – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition · **Workplace Culture** - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce · **Additional Perks & Benefits** - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more**Key Responsibilities:** · Complete intake, screening, and assessment processes within required timeframes · Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and state guidelines · Facilitate group counseling, educational sessions, and individual counseling focused on recovery · Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, contributing clinical insight and feedback · Document all services accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards · Support clients through transition processes, including completion of required correspondence · Maintain professional, ethical relationships with clients, referral sources, and team members · Respond effectively to crisis situations as they arise · Represent the organization professionally within the community · Complete required trainings and maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:** · Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (non‐licensed) in a human services field, and/or certified or credentialed to provide services within scope of practice · Credentialed as a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc.
