Java Principal Consultant

Infosys is looking for a Java Principal Consultant. Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 11+ years of experience in Java, ReactJS applications development.
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering solutions for healthcare or insurance clients.
• Ability to work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that address critical health system needs.
• 10+ year experience in Microservices, Kafka, OAuth 2.0, RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile development, CI / CD pipelines, Unit Testing (JUnit) and (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
