Seeking Project Manager candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE-PASS. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Responsibilities and Duties - Project Manager | Professional and Administrative Support Services [DOE-PASS959964]
- Oversee daily contract support operations, which may involve coordinating multiple projects and teams across various locations.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, scheduling, and production of all contract support activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and contract requirements.
- Identify, allocate, and commit necessary resources to support contract operations effectively. Maintain authority over resource deployment to ensure operational success.
- Establish and adjust corporate management structures to optimize contract support activities and adapt to changing requirements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce quality control programs to maintain high standards of contract deliverables and performance.
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to convey updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve issues efficiently.
