A Day in the Life

As a Project Marketing Coordinator within Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions business, you will be instrumental in coordinating the activities that support the scaling of our operations and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the disciplined execution of our launch initiatives and customer engagement activities. Travel: 10%.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of product launch activities, ensuring all elements are aligned with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Oversee the organization and execution of high-profile webinars and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
• Organize and manage logistics for webinars and other customer engagement initiatives, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
• Support the product marketing lead in the launch process for Affera and PulseSelect, ensuring all elements are coordinated effectively and align with broader marketing strategies.
• Ensure key engagement initiatives are effectively communicated and utilized by field teams, providing the necessary tools and resources to maximize customer interaction.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales and clinical to ensure seamless execution of defined initiatives.
• Maintain detailed project plans and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, gathering feedback to continuously improve future activities.
• Ensure all activities comply with Medtronic's policies and regulatory requirements.

Must Have:

• 6 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally within the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $62,400.00 - $93,600.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
