Founded by beauty creator and makeup artist Mikayla Nogueira and industry veteran Ani Hadjinian, in partnership with Imaginary Ventures, point of view beauty merges cutting-edge Korean formulations with advanced U.S. skincare innovation to create intuitive, multitasking products that enhance both makeup application and skin health. Built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident in their beauty routine, point of view empowers individuals to master their own artistry at home because beauty is all about your point of view.
We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we're on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we're looking for a FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager to help us make that happen.
About the Role
Pov beauty is looking for a highly analytical, structured, and business-minded FP&A Manager/Sr. Manager to own core financial planning and analysis as we scale. You will partner directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to build forecasting rigor, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making across growth, marketing, operations, inventory, and retail expansion.
This role is highly hands-on and builds from "zero to one." You will be responsible for creating the models, reporting cadence, and financial infrastructure that will scale with the business. We are looking for someone who brings elite technical finance skills alongside the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
