Job description
Senior Helpers of Greater Arlington
Senior Helpers of Greater Arlington is a home care agency dedicated to improving the quality of life of seniors. We opened in December 2025 and are growing fast. We are committed to compassionate, professional care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
- Companion and supervision support in the client's home or facility
- Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator
- Document activities and observations in Well-Sky
- Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates who do not meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified.
Requirement Detail
Valid driver's licenseRequired no license, no further process
Reliable personal transportationMust be able to travel between clients
Eligibility to work in the U.S.Documentation required to complete the I-9
Schedule availabilityMorning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends
Social Security Number (SSN)Required for background check and payroll
Active cell phoneFor communication with the team and clients
Required Documents for the Hiring Process
All candidates must submit the following documents through the application portal:
Identity & Work Eligibility (I-9)
- Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, state ID)
- Document proving U.S. work eligibility (e.g., Social Security card, U.S. passport, EAD)
Tax Documents
- W-4 Form (federal tax withholding) completed during onboarding
Background Check
- Signed background check authorization mandatory before starting any shift
Onboarding Documents
- Signed company policies and employee handbook
- Direct deposit banking information (optional but recommended)
Certifications (preferred, not disqualifying)
- CNA, HHA, or CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
- At least 1 professional reference from a previous caregiving role
