Location: Madison, WI Remote. Candidates MUST be CURRENT WI residents only. There is no relocation allowed for this position. 9+ Months Contract.
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Initiatives, this Change Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and budget by increasing employee and stakeholder adoption of changes related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. They are responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance. Additionally, the Change Manager identifies new competencies needed within business units, develops communication plans for change initiatives, coaches senior leaders and executives in their change sponsor roles, provides support and coaching to managers and supervisors, and integrates change management activities into project plans. Strong analytical skills are required to determine appropriate change management strategies, analyze the impact of changes on stakeholders, and identify necessary resources for transitioning to the future state.
